OnlyFans’ Skylar Mae is of the opinion that she works harder than employees in “basic 9-5” jobs. She revealed her controversial stance in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly.
Mae thinks she works harder than a salaried office employee. She stated, “I would say, yes, I work harder than the average 9 to 5 person.” She then added, “I’m not saying the big CEOs that run huge companies. There are people who work just as hard, if not harder, that own huge companies.” However, when it comes to “basic 9 to 5 people,” the internet personality thinks she “definitely works harder than them.”
The OnlyFans star thinks her working hours are longer and more draining compared to someone with a 9-5 job. She revealed she wakes up earlier than people who have regular jobs and works late into the night. She noted, “It never just stops, like it’s a constant wheel of work.”
Mae proceeded to describe her daily routine as an OnlyFans creator. According to the 21-year-old, she wakes up at 4:30 a.m. to “do a little bit of day trading.” Notably, the internet personality revealed that she trades stocks.
She then talks to her clients and edits content. By 6:30 a.m., she heads to the gym for a workout and returns to the cycle of filming and editing content. Mae confessed she wraps up her daily routine at around 10 p.m.
The OnlyFans creator told the outlet, “Then I’ll just sit and message back and forth with clients until I fall asleep and then start over again the next day.” “My days are pretty jam-packed, for sure,” she remarked about her daily routine.
Furthermore, Mae confessed to following the same routine on weekends. However, she devotes a few hours to spending time with her family and watching sports.
The OnlyFans star emphasized that creators have to make content and interact with fans on holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving as well. Skylar Mae also remarked that her job is not all “glitz and glam,” and that there’s “no rest” for creators.
