Simone Biles’ new flip video on Instagram has grabbed fans’ attention. The 28-year-old gymnast flips for the first time in a year at her new house in a video shared via Instagram Stories.

Simone Biles gave a glimpse of her gorgeous backyard at her new house as she enthralled fans with a new flip. On Wednesday, October 15, the 28-year-old gymnast shared a delightful video of herself attempting a high jump at her new house. Notably, this was her first flip in a year.
Dressed in a well-fitted grey T-shirt and dark trousers, Biles looked happy as she bounced on a trampoline. She captioned the video as, “First flip – in a year – at the new home – with new (cherry emoticons).”
Biles also talked about her current life updates in the Instagram video. The gymnast confessed, “So I actually haven’t flipped in a year. And we’re at our new house, so here we go.” She enthralls fans with different kinds of jumps and flips, showcasing her flexibility and athleticism.
The enormous trampoline overlooked a serene lake in her backyard as Biles enjoyed doing flips on a sunny day. Her infectious laughter filled the video, while a man’s voice, presumably her husband, encouraged her to do more flips.
Biles effortlessly performed a few impressive backflips and double flips. However, when the voice suggested, “Now do a triple double,” the gymnast responded, saying, “Absolutely not”. Immediately after this she declared, “I got a cramp”, before ending the video.
The 28-year-old gymnast is on a break from gymnastics to focus on her mental health and personal endeavors. Biles is busy in her personal life. Currently, she is playing cheerleader to her NFL star husband, Jonathan Owens, and his team, the Chicago Bears.
In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Biles discussed whether she would participate in the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Simone Biles confessed, “Because I’ve accomplished so much, there’s almost nothing left to do, other than to be snobby and try again—and for what? I’m at a point in my career where I’m humble enough to know when to be done.”
