After her October 9, 2025, elimination from Dancing with the Stars, Hilaria Baldwin took to her social media platforms to address the online bullying she faced during her stint on the show. The 41-year-old discussed it on her Instagram Live, in a post, and even on the show’s official podcast.
Hilaria Baldwin reacts to Dancing With the Stars elimination
Following her elimination from Dancing with the Stars in the recent episode, Hilaria Baldwin opened up about the hate she received throughout her time on the show. She believes that the online campaign against her was one of the reasons she and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, were eliminated.
“I did get bullied off the show,” Baldwin said during an Instagram Live session. “I did, that’s for sure. That is for sure.” She received immense criticism throughout the four weeks she was on the show.
Hilaria addressed her exit on the show’s official podcast, where she spoke to Joey Graziadei, the winner of season 33. “There’s a big problem online right now. It’s a big problem,” she said, “We don’t see each other. We make enemies out of each other. And I’m talking about my fellow women. Women’s inhumanity to women. We need to stop. We will never get anywhere.”
Soon after, she also used World Mental Health Day to address the coordinated bullying she faced online in a video she posted. In the video, where she expressed concerns about mental health, Baldwin said, “I would be remiss if I didn’t address the elephant in the room, which is that there was some bullying going on aimed at me over the past few weeks.”
She added in the video, “One of the most common things that people say to me when they meet me—when they actually meet me—is how surprised they are by negativity that I receive…because in reality, I am none of the negative things that some people say, and that breaks my heart.”
Despite this, Hilaria Baldwin expressed her gratitude for her time on Dancing with the Stars and said she remains supportive of her castmates.
