Texas Man Buying Henry Cavill’s ‘Anatomically Correct’ Doll Has Internet Concerned

A Texas man bought a life-sized, anatomically correct doll of Henry Cavill, and the internet is understandably creeped out. A man named James Robertson-Reavis owns the doll, which looks eerily similar to the Superman actor.

Texas man explains why he bought Henry Cavill lookalike doll

A Texas resident, James Robertson-Reavis, has taken his fascination with Henry Cavill to a whole new level. According to an article by Pop Rant, Reavis commissioned the doll from UK-based SD Sculpt & Design.

The company is known for making very realistic silicone models that resemble the actual human beings they are modelled on. Reavis’s Cavill doll is no exception and looks strikingly similar to the Superman star himself.

Reavis, however, insists that the anatomically correct doll is “not a s** doll.” In a statement to Queerty, Reavis explained that he added “extra silicone pieces” to make it more realistic and in tune with the 42-year-old actor’s features. However, it is purely for aesthetic and social purposes, not for bodily pleasures.

According to Reavis, he spent $7,000-$12,000 on the anatomically correct doll of Cavill. He confessed, ‘We bought him to display and use for Instagram. A kind of roommate situation; life with Henry, in a way.’

Reavis even launched an Instagram account called “My Cavill Companion,” where he posted photos and videos of his life-size Cavill doll. However, the Instagram account no longer exists.

Fans on the internet find it creepy and disturbing. One fan wrote, “There’s this guy on Instagram who has a life-sized Henry Cavill mannequin and makes AI videos of it making out with him and making him breakfast… kinda wanna say WTF, kinda wanna say based.”

Meanwhile, another fan shared a link to the article and said, “I didn’t read this,” understandably creeped out.

Furthermore, Reavis also shared that he is experimenting with AI to train his Cavill silicone doll to behave “more realistically.” Reavis reveals that he finds this completely natural, given fans’ obsession with celebrities and pop-culture figures. Notably, neither Henry Cavill nor his representatives have spoken on the matter yet.
