Josh Allen did not even pause before answering when he said his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, is the one who makes him happiest off the field. The Buffalo Bills quarterback was interviewed by ESPN ahead of his Monday Night Football game in Atlanta. The two have been in a relationship since 2023 and tied the knot this year in May.
Josh Allen admits Hailee Steinfeld is the most fulfilling aspect of his life
When asked about the most fulfilling aspect of his life, Josh Allen, without hesitation, answered:
“My wife. My wife is an unbelievable, undeniable rock star in her work, in her life as a person. She’s everything I need in my life. Maybe I am more than a football player.”
However, this hasn’t dulled his ambition to win a Super Bowl. Explaining further, he said:
“I know as a man, in my life, I will be great. But in doing what I do, and how I’ve done it for my entire career, putting everything I have into my job and winning a Super Bowl, it’ll always be the Great White Buffalo — the one that got away, whatever you want to call it. But fortunately, we’ve got opportunities to hopefully right that ship.”
Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld married when both of their careers were at their peak. In May 2025, Allen signed a major contract and won the NFL MVP award, while Steinfeld’s movie Sinners was performing strongly at the box office.
Talking about their busy schedules as professionals in different fields, Hailee Steinfeld shared her thoughts on time management. She revealed that she arranges her schedule around the NFL season so the couple can spend time together. Steinfeld said that after marriage, she has learned to embrace this new facet of life where they both “slow down” and share moments together.
