While many were expecting Urban to leave a touching comment on the post, he only left a red heart emoji. This, according to sources, was the first red flag about their troubled marriage.
“Nicole’s post was a genuine declaration of love, but Keith’s brief reply was noticeable,” a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com. “For her, it meant a lot, yet his single emoji spoke volumes. In hindsight, it was a clear warning of what was coming.”
