Taylor Swift Set To Appear on Seth Meyers Show To Promote New Album

To promote her new album, Taylor Swift will make stops at two NBC shows, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers. Swift will be a solo guest on both shows that will air following the release of “The Life of a Showgirl.” NBC scheduled her appearance on Fallon for October 6, while Meyers will host her show on Wednesday, October 8. The network designed the rollout to keep the album front and center in the week it matters most.

After talking to Jimmy Fallon, the pop singer will star on Late Night with Seth Meyers. The Late Night team used a playful teaser to foreshadow Swift’s arrival. In a short Instagram clip, Meyers sips from a mug and deadpans to the camera, “Oh, hey. What’s up?” 

Meanwhile, the caption nods to Swift’s lyrics from “All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault)” — “Sipping coffee like you’re on a late night show.” In addition, the teaser uses the pulsing intro of “…Ready For It?” to confirm that the episode features Swift.

The booking marks Swift’s third visit to Late Night after 2014 and 2021. It has arrived amid the pop star’s tight media itinerary. Along with her NBC stops, Swift will appear on The Graham Norton Show on the BBC. Additionally, she’d also be anchoring Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl in theaters. This will expand her campaign beyond streaming websites.
