Jazz Charton talks about her pregnancy and Kieran Culkin’s Oscar speech
Jazz Charton shared a series of pictures on Instagram that highlighted her pregnant body. The photos showed her attending a Broadway show, Waiting for Godot, featuring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter. The snaps were accompanied by a caption in which Charton offered a pregnancy update and encouraged fans to go see Reeves and Winter’s play.
“Saw Keanu Reeves on broadway and now I’m 9 months pregnant this is very on brand for me,” the caption read. Charton joked she made a “deal” with her unborn child to make it to Reeves and Winter’s play before going into labor. “Not sure what it wants in return but I’m CLEARLY a woman of my word,” she added.
One fan commented that they were waiting for people to realize that Charton was pregnant at the time of Kieran Culkin’s Oscars speech after he won Best Actor in a Supporting Role for A Real Pain. Charton replied, saying, “I was 2 months and so sick – he’s an a*****e.”

Charton’s pregnancy update comes one year after Culkin told her he wanted more children in his speech at the Emmy Awards, where he won Lead Actor in a Drama Series for Succession. The Scott Pilgrim vs. The World actor recalled how she told him she would consider it if he won. It also comes six months after his Oscar speech, where he shared that Charton promised him four children if he managed to win an Oscar.
Shortly after his speech, Charton joked on Instagram that “empty baby pacts” were a “great motivator” for Culkin to grow in his career.
