Ray J Says RICO Case Against Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Is ‘Worse Than Diddy’

In a recent livestream, Ray J alleged he was building a RICO case against ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. He also claimed that this case was worse than the one charged against Sean “Diddy” Combs, which the latter was eventually found not guilty of. The 44-year-old musician’s comments come several months after he expressed his disbelief at the RICO charges Diddy was facing.

Ray J is making a case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner

As seen in a clip from a recent livestream held by Ray J and Chrisean Rock, which has been making rounds online, the former claimed he was aiding authorities in building a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. The “Let It Go” musician said that he was going to “say a lot of s**t.” Further, he urged those fine with Kardashian to tell her about the case. He also warned that the feds were coming, which he could do nothing about. He purported the case against the SKIMS founder and Kardashian matriarch was “worse than” the one faced by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

However, Ray J has not provided any substantial evidence backing his claims. Moreover, neither Kardashian nor Jenner has addressed Ray J’s comments.

Ray J’s livestream comments come four months after his appearance on TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial. In an interview, the Raydiation artist agreed that Diddy had done a lot of bad things. However, he argued that the RICO charges against him — which were pending at the time — didn’t make sense. He added that the scenario of the Kardashians being charged with RICO was more believable than Diddy being charged with it.

Sure enough, Ray J was proven right two months later. In July 2025, at his widely publicized trial, Diddy was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges. However, he was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
