She recently made headlines after skipping the Emmys 2025, where she was supposed to present one of the awards. She skipped the Emmys as she was suffering from an eye allergy.

Sofia Vergara showed off her shiny black corset top in two Instagram selfies. One photo was a selfie highlighting the Colombian actress’ radiant skin and makeup, which included light peach blush and subtle purple eyeshadow. She accessorized with minimal jewelry: a pair of Thoby silver spiral earrings from Walters Faith and two silver rings, one of which was from Walters Faith. Further, she let her brown hair flow in smooth waves.
The Griselda actress’ appearance invited a plethora of reactions. One user commented, “Beautiful.” Meanwhile, America’s Got Talent’s official Instagram page remarked, “Stunning.”

These photos come after the Modern Family star skipped the Emmys 2025. She was scheduled to present the award for Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie at the event. The Hunting Wives stars Brittany Snow and Malin Åkerman instead presented the award, won by Stephen Graham for his role in Adolescence.
Vergara later addressed her absence via Instagram. She revealed she received an eye allergy just before entering the car. This prompted her to cancel her appearance last minute.
