Jason Bradley DeFord, better known as Jelly Roll, is one of the most prominent figures in the music industry right now. Recently, the 40-year-old has also slimmed down significantly and posted a new set of photos on Instagram, showcasing the results of his incredible weight-loss journey. Roll’s Instagram post received a lot of love from fans.
Jelly Roll flaunts his figure after weight loss
When Jelly Roll began his weight loss journey in 2022, the musician weighed 550 lbs. He announced back then that he would spend the next year focusing on conquering his weight struggles. The singer did manage to reduce his weight dramatically over the years that followed, and currently appears to be in his fittest era.
In 2024, the singer revealed that he lost 110 lbs by changing his lifestyle to add more exercise and less food. He discussed this progress with PEOPLE last year, where he also claimed that he lost between 60 and 70 lbs during his four-month-long Beautifully Broken tour. He had said, “It’s cool because there was once a time in life that the culture I built on tour was the opposite,…It revolved around alcohol and drugs. And now our tour culture is around good eating and around exercising and doing emotional check-ins with our crew every day.”
At his fittest now, Jelly Roll performed in Vatican City for the God of the World concert dressed in Louis Vuitton. He revealed that he can finally fit into these clothes with an Instagram post. “I can fit in Louis Vuitton now. Pray for my bank account. A hundred thousand thank-yous to the legend Skateboard P, his team, and everyone else that had a hand in making last night happen,” Jelly Roll wrote on his Instagram post.
The post received plenty of attention from fans because of how different Jelly Roll looked in the photos. “The hunkiest hunk of them all,” one fan wrote on the post, while another said, “Looking good! Keep up the work!” It seems that Roll is doing incredibly well in his weight loss journey and continues to achieve one milestone after another.
