According to a source, J.Lo’s new home is under renovation, due to which she is not yet “comfortable” moving out of her marital home.

Jennifer Lopez is still living in the Bel-Air estate, which she once shared with her ex-husband Ben Affleck. The diva recently posted an Instagram carousel from inside the dressing room of the house, which made it evident that the actress is staying in the house.
With many wondering the reason for her stay, a source clarified to Daily Mail that the “Shotgun Wedding” star “is staying there because she still owns” the property. The insider revealed that since Lopez’s “new house in Hidden Hills is undergoing renovations,” it will “not be comfortable” for the star “to move in yet.”
According to reports, the former couple bought a 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom Beverly Hills mansion for a little over $60 million in 2023. However, after their separation, the duo listed the property for sale for reportedly $68 million in July 2024. The house has been on the market for over a year, but has still not been able to attract many buyers.
Whereas the 56-year-old singer bought her new home in the Hidden Hills gated community for $18 million in March, following her divorce from Affleck. As per Architectural Digest, her 8,600-square-foot mansion sits on a two-acre estate. The home comprises eight bathrooms and five bedrooms. It also features various luxury amenities, including a home theater, wet bar, and massage room, along with many other facilities. Her new address also has residences of reality TV stars, including Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Kylie, and Kris Jenner.
