Dua Lipa recently shocked netizens when she showed off the new Apple iPhone 17 Pro in her possession. She showcased her usage of the brand-new smartphone in an advertisement that also promoted her ongoing Radical Optimism Tour. Lipa’s possession of the iPhone 17 Pro has made many fans wonder how she got it, since pre-orders for the device begin the day after tomorrow, and its launch is still 10 days away.

Apple and Dua Lipa shared a new video on Instagram promoting the cosmic orange iPhone 17 Pro. In it, the “Levitating” artist can be seen getting up from bed and prepping herself for the day. While preparing herself, she takes a bit of time out to snap some photos with the new phone.
The English-Albanian singer is later seen posing for a photoshoot — where the iPhone 17 Pro’s camera is being used to take her picture — clad in a gold corset and fishnet stockings. After the shoot, Lipa exits the room and greets multiple people outside. All of them assemble in a circle and swing their arms up and down while chanting something loudly.
The Barbie actress then snaps a few selfies before heading on stage. The video cuts to a quick sizzle reel of Lipa’s performances, during which the background music also changes.
“All-access with @dualipa,” Apple captioned the joint post. “Join the pop icon for a day on the Radical Optimism Tour.” The tech giant also emphasized via the hashtag that the footage was shot using an iPhone 17 Pro.
The footage elicited a plethora of fan reactions. Some praised Dua Lipa, while others questioned how the songstress had access to the iPhone 17 Pro when it was yet to be released.
“The queen that you areeee,” a user wrote on Instagram.

“How did she get it already?” a user asked on X (formerly Twitter).
Besides cosmic orange, the phone also comes in two other colors: deep blue and silver, as per Apple’s official website. Pre-orders for the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max begin on September 12, 2025. All three models will then become available for purchase on September 19.
