Taylor Swift recently flaunted her legs in a mini-skirt in her first public outing with Travis Kelce following their engagement. Fans have since shared their reactions to the songstress’s attire. The couple went to Arrowhead Stadium, where they attended a match between the University of Cincinnati’s Bearcats and the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers. Swift and Kelce, who had been dating for two years, announced their engagement a few days earlier.

Taylor Swift wearing mini-skirt has fans talking

In a video shared by the Cincinnati Bearcats’ official X (formerly Twitter) page, Taylor Swift could be seen walking and greeting onlookers. The footage showed the 35-year-old music superstar wearing a white sleeveless knitted sweater and a blue pleated mini-skirt. She completed her look with long beige-colored boots. Further, she accessorized with a blue handbag.

Swift’s mini skirt sparked a plethora of reactions from netizens. “You either die in T-shirts or live long enough to see yourself in short skirts,” one fan wrote on X.

“She’s aging out of mini skirts,” another added. One user commented, “obsessed with her outfit omg.”

A user expressed their love for the Bad Blood singer’s sweater and pleated skirt and desired a duplicate of the same. They wrote, “I love this outfit. I need a dupe!!” In response, a Taylor Swift fanpage, Swiftly Styled, which focuses on Swift’s various outfits, shared that they were working on it.

Swift and Kelce, along with the latter’s brother Jason Kelce, showed up to Arrowhead Stadium on August 28, 2025, to support the latter two’s alma mater University of Cincinnati, in their match against the University of Nebraska.

Kelce and Swift confirmed their engagement on August 26, 2025, via Instagram. The couple shared a series of photos showing them being affectionate in a floral setting. However, the former had actually proposed to the latter around two weeks ago, according to Kelce’s father Ed in an interview with ABC News 5 Cleveland.

Since the couple’s engagement announcement, fans have been speculating about whether they would hold a grand wedding ceremony. However, a report from Page Six suggested that fans shouldn’t expect a “royal wedding.” The outlet noted that the Grammy winner and Kansas City Chiefs tight end planned to have a “private” ceremony with their family and close friends. “It will be more casual than people think,” a source shared.
