Taylor Swift recently made a public appearance after getting engaged a few days back, sporting a mini-skirt and sweater. She was headed to the Arrowhead Stadium to watch a college football match. As she walked towards the stadium, she waved at those around as she happily went inside the stadium.
Taylor Swift opts for mini-skirt for her first outing post-engagement
On August 29, Cincinnati Football’s X (formerly Twitter) account shared a video of the arrival of the newly engaged Taylor Swift at Arrowhead Stadium. She came to support Kelce’s former college, the University of Cincinnati, in their match against the University of Nebraska.
In the video shared, Swift was seen wearing a mini denim skirt and a white sleeveless knitted sweater. She paired it up with high beige boots and a mini handbag. Plus, she went for her signature hairstyle and a bold lipstick. The video’s caption read, “A fan of the athletics and the sports and the Bearcats. Great to have you with us tonight, @taylorswift13.”
On August 26, in a joint post, the “Reputation” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs player took to Instagram to announce that they’re engaged. They shared multiple images from their proposal, which was nothing short of magical. Her caption read, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” The post went viral on the internet, garnering more than 34 million likes.
Since the engagement announcement, fans have been expecting a royal American wedding, but the latest Page Six report suggests otherwise. A source revealed to the outlet that the couple might go for a “private” ceremony surrounded by friends and family. “It will be more casual than people think,” the source added.
Apart from giving fans a sneak peek into her engagement, Swift also announced her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.
