During a conversation on the Allison Interviews podcast, the host asked her where she stands in terms of her sexuality.
To this, Grier instantly replied, “I’m hy as fk.”* She was then asked whether she had a man in her life, and she answered, “Yes.” Adding to this, she said, “Yeah, he came back from another part of the world, the universe, to find me.” Later, she was asked whether she was in a relationship. She jokingly responded, “Cosmic?” She clarified that she doesn’t have a man but a “person.”
She revealed that she met her person three years ago and described the feeling of finding the right individual: “I never thought I would, because when people find their person, it’s a warm, fuzzy [feeling]. You don’t know why, where, when, how… And when it [happened], I said, I can’t believe it happened now.”
She playfully said that she knew what “things to do” when she came across her person, while explaining the beauty of love. She added, “And just kind of from then on I said, ‘Wow, I know that is such a wonderful, incredible moment in my life.’ I said, ‘If I just get an hour with this person a day, it would be so cool.’ Because for me, at this age, what will I offer?”
In addition, she revealed the overwhelming feeling of someone looking at her. It sent shivers down her spine and made her emotional. She didn’t want her close ones to see her, as even she couldn’t explain being overwhelmed. She avoided overthinking the situation.
