Days earlier, Moakler uploaded another photo set that featured her boyfriend, soap opera star Greg Vaughan, 52. Moakler has previously opened up about her health journey, revealing in interviews that she took the weight-loss drug Mounjaro while grieving her parents’ deaths. Her mother, Gail, passed away in January 2023, and her father, John W. Moakler III, died in August of the same year. “I was in a very, very dark place, I stopped dieting, I stopped exercising. I just ate like s***,” she told People in 2024. She added that over time, she began to recover emotionally and feel more like herself again.
In April 2025, Moakler spoke to the Daily Mail about her relationship with Vaughan, explaining, “We’ve both been through the highs and lows of public relationships, and after living in the Hollywood spotlight for so long, we really just wanted something for us.
