Britney Spears returned to Instagram with another post, this time sharing a video of herself dancing on a boat.
Wearing a green bikini with yellow trim, oversized sunglasses, and her blonde hair open, the singer recorded a selfie-style clip that immediately caught attention. She began by dancing energetically to “Carry Out,” the 2009 collaboration between Timbaland and Justin Timberlake. Spears even stuck out her tongue and kept the moment lighthearted, before pausing the music to switch into a different accent while addressing the camera.
She turned the lens toward a man, reportedly the boat’s captain, exclaiming, “Me and this man are out here in this water! Look at us! Sorry, I’m a nerd.” The man grinned and gave a thumbs-up, replying, “It’s OK,” before stepping aside. Spears then continued in the same accent, saying, “We went snorkeling all day yesterday. This is like Turks and Caicos.”
However, what attracted the attention of the followers was Spears’ dancing to her ex-boyfriend Timberlake’s song. The two were romantically involved from 1999 until 2002. Their former relationship has continued to draw attention over the years, especially after Spears released her memoir in 2023.
