The Angel actor recently appeared on the Bones: 20th Anniversary Retrospective Panel, alongside his fellow cast members from the series. The panel, which celebrated the series’ 20th anniversary, was held at the inaugural Televerse Festival on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
During the panel, David Boreanaz recounted a story detailing his first interaction with Betty White. He noted that she told him something suggestive and direct, which he simply laughed at.
Boreanaz recalled, “And Emily [Deschanel] and I are waiting for her. And she’s like, ‘Good to see you. Oh, good to see you. You’re so nice. You’re so pretty.’ She goes up to Emily — ‘Oh, you’re so pretty.’ She looks at me, she goes, ‘Holy s—, I want to f— you. I want to f— you!’ I just started laughing.” (via People)
In response, Boreanaz’s co-star Tamara Taylor called White a “legendary potty mouth.” Meanwhile, Emily Deschanel, whom White called “pretty,” according to Boreanaz, shared that she didn’t remember her interaction with the late actress. However, she called his story “amazing.”
