A British man may have caught something astonishing zooming through the sky while capturing a video of his dog playing, perhaps something that could even be a UFO. Reports claim that this reported UFO sighting happened in a scenic location in England, with the video showing an odd object passing by in the blink of an eye. Moreover, the speed of the object passing by has raised questions about its origin.

40-year-old Andrew Clifton was seemingly having an ordinary day on August 2, 2025. He was recording an ordinary video of his dog when something extraordinary happened. When the man was playing catch with his 5-year-old Labrador, somewhere around the Malvern Hills, near Worcester, and recording the act, he also caught something unintentional in his footage.
The video played at full speed is too fast to decipher anything apart from a tiny flash. However, slowing down the speed reveals a tubular and missile-shaped object passing by. The speed of the movement has also caught the attention of many. Closer inspection reveals a blue cap on its rear, though the footage is not clear enough to be certain of this.
This has started allegations of alien technology and UFOs. However, Clifton still believes that it could be a high-tech military project. Moreover, England’s Royal Air Force has a base at the location where this was spotted.
Clifton told Gloucestershire Live that he didn’t notice the object till he reviewed the video later. He initially did not share the clip but later did so at the insistence of his friends. Clifton posted the clip in a UFO sightings Facebook group, where it amassed a huge viewership and many responses.
With no clarification from any official sources, this remains a peculiar abnormality and continues to fuel extra-terrestrial claims. Andrew Clifton further stated to the outlet, “I’m not someone who is a super big believer but I do think we shouldn’t assume that there is nothing out there.”
Additionally, the Wiltshire native denied that the video was fabricated. He stated, I’ve seen some people suggesting it’s AI, but I can promise you the only editing I did was to slow the footage down.”
This is hardly the first claim of a UFO sighting. But hopefully, there will be more updates on this case soon.
