The Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared that he was someone who didn’t like people saying negative things about him. “Some people don’t give a f—. I’m someone who does care,” he stated.
Kelce expressed his hope for people to view him in a positive light and as a role model. He said, “I do want people to look at me like I’m doing good in the world, I’m influencing and using my platform for the better, being a role model, being somebody that has done it the right way.”
Also in the interview, Travis Kelce touched upon his relationship with Taylor Swift. He noted that they had a lot in common, especially when it came to entertaining viewers at sold-out stadiums.
“I hadn’t experienced somebody in the same shoes as me,” the Grotesquerie actor said. “Having a partner who understands the scrutiny, understands the ups and downs of being in front of millions.” He continued, “That was very relatable, seeing how exhausted she would get after shows.”
Kelce said that the “Bad Blood” artist neither thought of herself as an athlete nor told anyone she was one. “But I’ve seen what she goes through,” he added. “I’ve seen the amount of work that she puts on her body, and it’s mind-blowing.”
