Tom Holland‘s abs recently became a big talking point among fans. The 29-year-old actor flaunted his toned physique in a new video, where he participated in a fun challenge. The Spider-Man star has been making headlines ever since set photos and new behind-the-scenes footage from Brand New Day appeared on social media.
The upcoming Marvel film is scheduled to hit theaters in Summer 2026. Holland’s webslinger will be joined in the project by Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher. In addition, fans will also be able to catch Holland in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, releasing around the same time.

Tom Holland appeared in the latest episode of Men’s Health UK’s Icebreakers, promoting his non-alcoholic beer brand BERO. In it, the British actor played a game of “Smash or Pass” with an interviewer, wherein with each three questions answered, they had to slowly dip their body in a tub of icy-cold water. Towards the end, the latter asked the former if he would “smash” or “pass” on ice baths.
The Devil All The Time actor responded that he was currently enjoying the ice bath he was taking. However, he was “getting to the point” where he wanted it to be “truly well and over.” After answering, Holland and the interviewer dunked themselves into the tub for a few seconds. The former then emerged from the tub, his clothes completely drenched in water. As a result, Holland’s white t-shirt became considerably transparent, thus exposing his toned body.
Holland informed viewers that they could purchase BERO products online before reacting to his ice bath experience. Still feeling the chilly effects, he commented, “Oh my word, I am absolutely frozen to the bone.”
Social media was rife with a plethora of reactions, many of which fawned over Tom Holland’s impressive body and abs. In a Reddit thread, one user commented, “He’s hot. I am saying this without any respect.”
Meanwhile, several others spoke about the Spider-Man star’s relationship with Zendaya and how “lucky” she is to be in a relationship with the actor. One user wrote, “Zendaya you lucky I love, respect, and admire you and your relationship enough to never wanna fight you bc I was almost ready to after that preview.”
On X (formerly Twitter), a user wrote, “he is so hot.” Another added, “Thank you, God for Tom Holland.”
