On September 8, Insight Editions will celebrate the career of sci-fi and fantasy painter Dave Seeley with the release of The Art of Dave Seeley. This deluxe hardcover book reproduces over 200 of Seeley’s paintings including novel covers, movie posters, video game art and more!
According to Seeley’s biography, he was trained in architecture and fine art before making the leap to commercial illustration. His artistic background is evident in his paintings, especially when he creates a new world on his canvas. Over the course of his career, Seeley has worked on numerous franchises including The Fast and the Furious, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, Aliens vs. Predator, and Deathlands.
