Luke Hemsworth recently opened up about working with Chris Pratt in the upcoming series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. Hemsworth couldn’t stop praising his co-star, calling him a “lovely human” and sharing how their bond grew stronger during filming.
Luke Hemsworth comments on Chris Pratt ‘Bromance’
Luke Hemsworth has nothing but admiration for his The Terminal List: Dark Wolf co-star Chris Pratt. At the red carpet premiere of the Prime Video series in New York City on August 4, Hemsworth opened up about the camaraderie between the cast and praised Pratt.
“It’s an honor to just stand next to [them],” Hemsworth told PEOPLE, referring to Pratt, Taylor Kitsch, and series creator Jack Carr. “These guys are at the top of their game. They are my idols.”
Hemsworth didn’t hold back when it came to talking about Pratt specifically. Calling him “a very giving actor,” the Westworld actor shared how collaborative and open Pratt is on set. “He allows you all of the space — he’s very collaborative… I’m gushing because he’s just the most lovely human, he really is. It’s disgusting,” he said.
The two actors, along with Kitsch, developed a strong camaraderie on set, which Hemsworth described as “a lot of bromance.” He also mentioned that Pratt feels like “part of the family,” referencing their shared connection to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While Pratt famously played Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, Hemsworth made cameos in his brother Chris Hemsworth’s Thor films.
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is a prequel to The Terminal List. It follows Taylor Kitsch’s character, Ben Edwards, as he transitions from a Navy SEAL to a CIA operative. Pratt reprises his role as James Reece, with Hemsworth joining the cast as Jules Landry. “It’s made for SEALS, it’s made for the military, and I think we do it really well,” quipped Hemsworth.
The show drops on Prime Video on August 27, 2025.
