The filing took place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, with Dreka citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The couple, who married in October 2015, share two children: 12-year-old Islah and 11-year-old Khaza.
Dreka is seeking joint legal and physical custody of both children. She has also requested spousal support while checking the box to terminate the court’s ability to award Kevin Gates any support. It remains unclear whether a prenuptial agreement exists between the two.
