Justin Baldoni returned to Instagram over the weekend, sharing a tribute to his wife, Emily Baldoni, as the couple celebrated 12 years of marriage. Sharing a photo from their wedding day, Baldoni wrote, “I’d marry you again and again and again and again… Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E,” alongside a red heart emoji.
Emily also commemorated the occasion online. Her post features what appears to be a more recent image of the couple sharing a kiss, which was captured by their daughter. “Still madly in love with you,” she wrote, including the number twelve spelled out. Together, Justin and Emily Baldoni share two children: Maiya and Maxwell.
The post arrives amid Baldoni’s ongoing legal dispute with In Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively. The lawsuit, filed by Lively in December 2024, accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment during the filming. He has denied the claims as well as accusations of orchestrating a smear campaign using a crisis PR team.
The dispute escalated further last week. US Weekly revealed that content creator and YouTuber Kassidy O’Connell intends to seek sanctions against Lively’s legal team. O’Connell is accusing them of issuing improper subpoenas to Google related to her.
The outlet also reported that in a separate filing, Baldoni’s attorneys claimed that Lively’s team sent similar subpoenas to other digital creators. Responding to the controversy, a spokesperson for Lively clarified. “This is a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and a number of other Wayfarer defendants and we are simply seeking information to aid in our fact gathering.”
