Gwyneth Paltrow revealed whom she would hypothetically “marry, kill, or f—” among her three acclaimed co-stars, Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, and Timothée Chalamet. In the July 22 episode of The goop Podcast, the Emmy-winning star faced the tricky question from fans and answered tactfully.
Paltrow initially said, “This is impossible,” adding, “there’s no way I can answer this.” But quickly she decided that her first choice to marry would be Iron Man co-star Robert Downey Jr. The actress explained, “I would marry Robert because we would just laugh so much and have such a fun, weird life and travel.”
She further noted, “And, anyway, I’m already, basically, I am married to him in movies, so what’s the difference?” Moving on to the next two actors, she had to choose between her upcoming Marty Supreme co-star Timothée Chalamet and long-time collaborator Jude Law, with whom she has starred alongside in several films.
After thinking for a while, she declared, “I’m not gonna say. Both. I’m gonna marry all three.” She reasoned, “I’m gonna marry and f— all three. How’s that? I’m a modern woman. I’m not killing anyone.”
Gwyneth Paltrow and Timothée Chalamet’s upcoming A24 movie, Marty Supreme, is already creating a buzz among fans. In a previous interview with Vanity Fair, Paltrow shared that it contains a lot of intimate scenes between the two.
She emphasized, “I mean, we have a lot of sex in this movie,” adding, ‘There’s a lot—a lot.” When the interviewer nudged a little further, asking, “So…you’re in a lot of vulnerable positions with him?” Paltrow candidly responded, “Beyond.”
Not many other details about the movie are known yet. However, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the plot revolves around “a pro ping-pong player.”
