Sydney Sweeney To Launch Lingerie Brand Backed by Jeff Bezos, Claims Report

Sydney Sweeney is reportedly expanding her career into the fashion industry with the debut of her lingerie brand. Her brand also reportedly has the financial backing of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. The upcoming launch follows her headline-making collaboration with Dr. Squatch, where she sold soap made of her bathwater.

Sydney Sweeney will reportedly launch lingerie brand

Sydney Sweeney is reportedly preparing to launch her own lingerie brand, a business venture said to be backed by Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez.

As reported by Us Weekly, the Euphoria star has been developing the line for about a year and is preparing its launch. The report stated, “This has been a huge project for her and something she’s been working on for the last year.” A source familiar with the matter shared that its debut is expected to happen “soon.”

The brand is reportedly receiving funding through Ben Schwerin, a partner at the private equity firm Coatue. As of now, Sweeney’s team has not responded to the rumors.

Earlier this year, Sweeney also caused a stir with a viral ad campaign for the men’s grooming brand Dr. Squatch. The company released a special edition body wash allegedly made using water from the actress’s own bath, which generated widespread online buzz.

In addition to her new fashion endeavors, Sweeney’s name has also been tied to major film projects. She recently made headlines following a report by The Sun, which claimed she was being strongly considered for a lead role as the next Bond girl in Amazon MGM Studios’ reboot of the James Bond franchise.

However, TMZ has dismissed these rumors, stating that she is not currently in talks for the role. Instead, the outlet reported that Sweeney will be starring in an upcoming adaptation of the video game Split Fiction for Amazon MGM Studios.
