Natalie Portman and Rashida Jones were recently spotted enjoying themselves on the set of Lena Dunham’s upcoming romantic comedy, Good Sex.

Photos from the set saw candid moments between the stars, including shared laughs and relaxed chats between takes. Natalie Portman, 43, dressed in a chic black-and-white outfit with a delicate bow detail. She was seen grabbing snacks at a hot dog stand and lounging on a bench with Rashida Jones, 48, who wore a stylish black dress layered with a patterned jacket. The casual atmosphere hinted at a strong off-screen and on-screen bond between the co-stars.

The upcoming Netflix film marks a creative collaboration between Portman, Jones, and writer-director Lena Dunham. She also appeared engaged in deep conversation with Portman on set. In one moment, Portman animatedly reacted to something on her phone.

Good Sex centers around Ally, a therapist portrayed by Natalie Portman, who becomes entangled in a romantic triangle. Portman’s character’s life takes an unexpected turn when she is torn between two men. One is significantly older, while the other is much younger. The ensemble cast also includes veteran actors Meg Ryan and Mark Ruffalo.

In a recent interview with Variety, Dunham revealed that her casting of Meg Ryan came during a serendipitous encounter at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in London. “I decided, it’s now or never, and I’m going to shoot my shot,” she said, calling Ryan a “lovelier person.” She even credited Swift with unintentionally making the introduction possible. “Shout-out Taylor—thank you for that. She brings everyone together; she makes the world go ’round,” Dunham said.
