Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Reportedly Take $60 Million Mansion Off the Market

Amid their divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have made a major real estate move. After spending a year trying to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills estate with no success, the former couple has decided to take the property off the market.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have decided to pull their Beverly Hills mansion off the market. This comes after a full year of attempting to sell it with no success.

Initially purchased in May 2023 for $60.8 million, the 38,000-square-foot estate had been listed publicly since July 2024. Despite lowering the asking price from $68 million to $59.5 million, the home failed to draw buyers. This prompted them to remove the listing altogether as of July 2, 2025, according to public real estate records.

The former couple had first attempted to sell the home off-market in June 2024. However, when that approach didn’t work, they publicly listed the 38,000-square-foot estate in July 2024 with an asking price of $68 million.

A source told PEOPLE, “While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss.” The insider added that after lowering the price didn’t increase interest, the two were advised to take the home off the market. “It was a business decision that they made together,” the source said. Real estate experts have noted that the luxury housing market is currently unfavorable for sellers, particularly for high-end listings.

The property features an impressive 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. It also has a sports lounge, full gym, bar, boxing ring, and basketball and pickleball courts. The estate also offers a 12-car garage, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker’s residence, and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse.

The decision to sell the house initially followed Lopez’s filing for divorce on August 20, 2024. Their divorce was finalized on January 6, 2025.
