Elliot Page seems to have confirmed his relationship with fellow actor Julia Shiplett by sharing a photo with the Overcompensating star on Instagram. Notably, Page came out as a trans man in 2020 and was reportedly in relationships with Kate Mara and Olivia Thirlby before that. He was married to dancer/choreographer Emma Portner, but they divorced.

Page took to Instagram to debut his relationship with Shiplett on the platform. The Close to You actor shared an image in which he can be seen leaning toward Shiplett on Saturday, June 28, with the latter taking the selfie. In the caption, Page added rainbow and heart emojis.
Shiplett also reportedly made their relationship Instagram official by sharing a photo of a shirtless Page in a hot spring on her Instagram Stories. She captioned it, “Happy prideee.” (via People)
Page’s fans and other members of the industry celebrated his and Shiplett’s relationship. For Worse actor Hannah Pilkes wrote, “This makes me so so so happy.”
As mentioned above, Page came out as transgender in early December 2020 through an Instagram post. The actor mentioned that his pronouns were he/they and his name was Elliot. He added, “I feel lucky to be writing this. To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life. I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self. I’ve been endlessly inspired by so many in the trans community.”
Page proceeded to thank members of the trans community for their “courage,” “generosity,” and efforts to make “to make this world a more inclusive and compassionate place.” The Umbrella Academy star promised to do everything he could “to change this world for the better.”
