Justin Bieber Seemingly Hits Trolls With ‘Standing on Business’ Instagram Story

Justin Bieber’s recent cryptic Instagram posts have raised concerns among fans. These posts seem to reference his anger issues and other struggles. However, a few days back, social media was taken by storm after a video showed the pop star confronting paparazzi in Malibu. As the video went viral, many criticized the “Ghost” singer for his behavior, particularly his remark, “I’m standing on business.” Now, Bieber has added fuel to the viral moment with a series of cryptic and cheeky Instagram Stories.

Justin Bieber posts ‘standing on business’ Instagram story after paparazzi drama

On June 18, Justin Bieber addressed the viral paparazzi incident indirectly through a black-and-white selfie posted to his Instagram Story.

The image featured the singer in a hoodie with a scruffy mustache and beard. But what really caught fans’ attention was the audio: Myia B Music’s track “Stand on Business” played over the post, specifically the lyric, “When I get you alone, She said I stand on business.”

However, the Instagram stories didn’t stop there. The 31-year-old pop icon followed it up with several more Stories, all referencing the same viral phrase. Among the songs he used were Soulja Rilla’s “Standing on Business” and Fredo Bang’s “Dat Business.”

For the unversed, the buzz started days earlier when a video circulated showing Justin Bieber at Malibu’s Soho House beach. In the clip, he firmly told the paparazzi to stop photographing him, saying, “You’re not getting it. It’s not clocking to you. It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business, is it?” The line quickly became viral, sparking reactions from fans across TikTok, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter).

In the video, Bieber can be seen laying down strong boundaries. “We’re gonna set boundaries here today,” he says, flanked by two bodyguards. “I’m not afraid to set boundaries. I’m a real dad, a real husband, a real man. You don’t get to talk to me today… You’re not my buddies.”
