Million Dollar Secret Filming Location: Where Is The Stag?

Eager to know where is Million Dollar Secret filmed? The Netflix series, which premiered on March 26, brings together 12 non-celebrity contestants at a luxurious estate dubbed The Stag. Out of them, one is secretly a millionaire holding massive cash. Players compete in multiple challenges, involving finding money.

Through votes, they try to eliminate the individual they think is a millionaire. If a millionaire is eliminated, money gets transferred randomly. The last-standing contestant wins the race and keeps the money. Filmed in a stunning estate, the show’s lavish setting has viewers curious about its real-life location.

So, here are the details about the show’s filming location.

Here’s where Million Dollar Secret’s The Stag scenes were filmed

Million Dollar Secret refers to the filming location as The Stag. But the real-life property’s name is Château Okanagan, based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada (via Marie Claire).

The lakeside estate offers a wide variety of suites for guests to stay as they enjoy the breathtaking views of Kelowna’s Okanagan Lake. The estate boasts a wide range of amenities, offering guests a relaxing experience.

The property can accommodate up to 16 guests in a single group. The guests get to indulge in refreshing activities such as European-inspired Waterfront Château, spa treatments, a 12-seat movie theater, a wine cellar, a Tennis court, dedicated gaming zones, farm-to-feast meals, and much more. The place also offers a curated experience according to one’s preference.

According to the website, the private villa’s architecture and aesthetics take inspiration from French designs. It explains, “We unearthed treasured antiques, authentic furnishings, and beautiful building materials. From cascading fountains to gleaming chandeliers, every inch of the estate is designed for you to embrace European culture and revel in the energy of the Okanagan.”

The 44-acre property became a reality when the Holzhey Family, originally from Germany, traveled to the Okanagan Valley. They instantly fell in love with it, and in the late 1980s, they created a 44-acre property after becoming passionate about real estate and the lively culture of the area. Today, the property is regarded as a prestigious Private Villa and Wellness Spa.

The lakeside estate offers seasonal packages, starting at around $3500.
