Ashton Hall goes viral for his morning routine
Ashton Hall is a fitness influencer who is going viral because of his over-the-top morning routine.
Hall is popular fitness coach and health influencer on the Instagram boasting over 8 million followers. He mostly posts videos of his workout regimes where he appears shirtless. Although he began his career as a fitness coach in LA, Hall now primarily focuses on online training. He recently went viral on Instagram after he shared a video demonstrating his ridiculous morning routine.
In the video, Hall details how he wakes up at an outrageously early hour of 3:50 AM. He then proceeds to rip off his mouth tape, another strange habit he harbors. Hall follows this with an overly elaborate and dubious routine that includes a quick workout, journaling, and two water face dunks. The routine hilariously continues with a trip to the gym, followed by swimming, a shower, and finally, breakfast. His entire morning routine ends at 9:30 AM. At one point in the video, he says on a video call, “So looking at it bro, we gotta go and get at least 10,000.”
Needless to say, netizens were quick to rip into his video, flooding it with hilarious comments making fun of the implausible routine. The video accumulated over 6 million likes and 150 million views. It made its way to X (formerly Twitter) as well, where Hall received even more trolling. While some users found it useful and maintained that he is consistent with his content, most pointed out how unnecessary the routine was. One user tweeted, “getting more sleep would be far more beneficial than whatever this is he’s doing at home before going to the gym.” Other eagle-eyed netizens pointed out how ridiculous the timestamps were, especially during his exceptionally short swim session. Most commenters seemed to agree that Hall didn’t actually maintain the routine and that it was just influencer antics.
