Spider-Man 4’s Major Tom Holland Ninja Fight Scene Details Reported

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is shaping up to be one of Tom Holland’s most action-heavy movies yet. New reports now suggest that the upcoming film may introduce mysterious ninja action and possibly hint at major villains long tied to Marvel’s darker corners.

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man said to fight an army of ninjas in Brand New Day

Tom Holland’s Peter Parker already has his hands full in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with rumors pointing to a murderous vigilante, a raging green monster, and even multiple fresh villains entering the mix. But a new report indicates that the web-slinger’s challenges may stretch far beyond what fans initially expected.

According to industry scooper Daniel Richtman, the film features a massive action sequence “in a prison with Spider-Man fighting an army of ninjas!” This unexpected reveal has led to immediate speculation about who these mysterious fighters might be and which Marvel Comics threat they are tied to.

Marvel Comics features several ninja-based organizations, including The Chaste, The Arashikage Clan, and most notably, The Hand. Given their long-standing connection to Daredevil, The Hand stands out as the most likely option, especially since the clan has interacted with Spider-Man in the comics as well. If Brand New Day does introduce The Hand, the movie could quietly plant seeds for the long-awaited Spider-Man and Daredevil team-up many fans have hoped for.

However, it could also be a Samurai villain, which leaves open the possibility that these ninjas could belong to a brand-new faction created specifically for the film. And, maybe it wasn’t an army of ninjas at all; perhaps the fighters belonged to Xialing’s Ten Rings army. This possibility comes since Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton is now directing Brand New Day. If so, the movie could continue threads left open in Shang-Chi’s storyline.

Adding to the excitement, the film’s cast is already stacked. Jon Bernthal returns as The Punisher, Mark Ruffalo appears as Bruce Banner, and Sadie Sink joins in a mystery role. Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova is also expected to make a cameo.
