Zoë Kravitz recently made a stunning revelation during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, where she discussed how she destroyed a part of Taylor Swift‘s house after the latter opened up her house to Kravitz and her mother during the deadly Los Angeles fire.
What did Zoë Kravitz do while staying at Taylor Swift’s home with her mother during LA fires?
The LA fires affected many localities, including the houses of many celebrities. During this time, Taylor Swift welcomed Zoë Kravitz and her mother, Lisa Bonet, to stay at her lavish mansion. “We ended up having to stay there for about two weeks,” Kravitz recalled on Late Night With Seth Meyers. They also had Orpheus, Bonet’s pet snake, with them.
Kravitz decided to clean the house before leaving, but things took an unexpected turn. She got a call from her mother and went on to find her “crouched” in the upstairs bathroom “inthis weird way.”
She explained, “And I’m like, ‘What’s going on dude?’ And she’s like, ‘So I was washing my face and I had Orpheus and I just put her down for a second. Closed the door, and she found this little hole in the corner.” She added that there was a small hole in the wall, where the snake had entered.
As they tried to get it out, it got more complicated, and they had to eventually call Swift’s house manager, who arrived with a crowbar. “We’re ripping up the tile. We’re scratching the walls,” Kravitz recalled. “Completely destroyed Taylor’s bathroom, and there was just this moment where I was like, ‘Either we destroy her bathroom or I have to tell her that there’s a snake somewhere in her house.'”
Kravitz offered to fix the damage and asked not to tell Swift before it was fixed. But it turned out that by the time Kravitz talked to her, the singer already knew.
