Spider-Man Rumor Brings Its Current Tally To 6

A new Spider-Man 4 rumor suggests that apart from Michael Mando’s Scorpion, Brand New Day will feature 5 additional villains like Ramrod. Previously, a new video from the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day suggested that Mister Negative might also be a part of the movie. However, these are just rumors and nothing has been confirmed yet.

Ramrod, Scorpion and many other villains in Spider-Man 4 listed

Scooper Daniel Richtman recently made a post stating that apart from Scorpion, more classic Spider-Man villains might appear in Spider-Man 4.

Richtman wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter), “Some of the villains in Spider-Man Brand New Day are Tombstone, Tarantula, Boomerang, Scorpion and…Ramrod.”

However, Marvel Studios has not made any announcements regarding these villains joining Brand New Day. The chatter around it has been growing among fans due to Marvel head Kevin Feige’s latest update on the movie.

According to Collider, recently, during a roundtable conversation, Feige conveyed, “I think there’s a promise at the end of No Way Home, that for as sad as it is that Peter is forgotten by everyone in his life, we are seeing for the first time in the Tom Holland Spider-Man stories him being a proper Spider-Man. Him being by himself, dedicated to saving the city, and dealing with — for lack of better terms — street-level crime, as opposed to world-ending events.”

Feige added that this would allow Holland’s webslinger to interact with “other street-level characters.” He further stated that director Deston Daniel Cretton has “got eight or nine comic covers up on his wall in his art department that he is bringing to life in this movie, which is super cool.”

Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is in production now, features Holland, alongside Jacob Batalon, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Mark Ruffalo, Michael Mando, and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher. Mando’s Scorpion, aka Mac Gargan, last appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017.
