AI post-credits scene shows fans how Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom could have looked

The AI-generated version of the post-credits scene of The Fantastic Four: First Steps has taken over the internet. Although the movie shared a glimpse of Doctor Doom without revealing Robert Downey Jr’s face, the aforementioned clip showcases Doctor Doom unmasking himself. Additionally, it also contains a dialogue between Franklin Richards and Doctor Doom, which didn’t happen in the real post-credits scene.

At the end of the Fantastic Four movie, Sue Storm discovers Franklin interacting with Doctor Doom, which sets up the events of Avengers: Doomsday. However, in the AI clip, Doom can be seen asking Franklin his name and announcing himself as Reed Richards’ friend. He then removes his mask, revealing Downey’s face and states, “I am Victor.”

This clip has attracted the attention of many fans, and they have praised the AI version. A user on YouTube said, “Even though it’s AI, it gives us a pretty good idea of what Doom could look like.”

Another fan noted, “Really good reenactment of the end credits scene in the movie, nicely done. I’m kinda glad they didn’t show his face in the movie because it leaves more excitement for the big reveal in Doomsday.”

One fan described the AI version as a better post-credits scene and wrote, “That would have been a better post credit scene. Marvel once more blew this chance!”

Another fan added, “This is awesome I watched this before I watched FF so I stuck around after the the credits and realised that this didn’t actually happen, but it probably should have this is better than the one we got.”
