Arienne Mandi to play officer Naomi Kerr in Chicago PD Season 13
Arienne Mandi has joined the cast of Chicago PD as a series regular for Season 13. According to Deadline, Mandi will portray Officer Naomi Kerr, a former soldier and military contractor who thrives in dangerous situations.
Naomi Kerr enters the storyline following the murder of Deputy Chief Charlie Reid, played by Shawn Hatosy. This murder was orchestrated by Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe). The team is in a chaotic state, especially after Detective Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Officer Dante Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) were cleared in relation to an affair and its cover-up.
The casting of Mandi comes after Toya Turner exited the series as Kiana Cook. Turner confirmed her departure in June 2025, stating, “I’m grateful for the time I had bringing Kiana to life. Thank you to everyone who welcomed me so warmly” (via Deadline).
This is not Mandi’s first role in the Dick Wolf television universe. She previously guest-starred in a January episode of CBS’ FBI as a terrorist’s wife. Mandi is widely recognized for her role as Dani Núñez on Showtime’s The L Word: Generation Q. She also starred as Noor Taheri in Season 2 of Netflix’s The Night Agent and has appeared in In the Vault, Hawaii Five-0, NCIS, and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Mandi currently stars in Tatami, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival. She will also appear alongside Jon Hamm in Season 2 of Apple TV+’s Your Friends & Neighbors.
