More than a year after the release of My Life with the Walter Boys Season 1, Netflix has provided fans with a glimpse at the first photos from Season 2, while also hinting at the sequel installment’s release date. Based on Ali Novak’s book of the same name, the coming-of-age drama has quickly garnered a dedicated fan base since its December 2023 release. With viewers eagerly waiting for the series’ sophomore season, Netflix has now shared a premiere window, heightening the buzz around the show.
When My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2 releases on Netflix
In a recent update, the streaming giant hinted at the release date window for My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2, confirming that the sequel edition will hit the small screens later this year.
While Netflix shied away from declaring an exact premiere date, fans can expect My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2 to come out sometime in late summer 2025. Additionally, the fan-favorite series, developed by Melanie Halsall, has already been renewed for a third season, as confirmed by Netflix in an official briefing last month.
First photos of My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2 revealed
In addition to divulging the release date window for My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2, Netflix also shared several photos from the much-awaited sequel edition.
The released images featured single shots of Nikki Rodriguez’s Jackie, Noah LaLonde’s Cole, as well as Ashby Gentry’s Alex. Additionally, the photos included stills of Sarah Rafferty’s Katherine Walter conversing with Jackie, and Corey Fogelmanis’ Nathan Walter sharing what looks like a heartfelt moment with Jaylan Evans’ Skylar.
Season 2 of the teen drama would see Jackie return to Silver Falls, Colorado, after leaving the small town to spend her summer in New York in Season 1. While she’ll try her best to settle in with the Walters family, finding a new normal won’t be an easy task for her.
With filming officially wrapping up on the sequel season, My Life with the Walter Boys should return to Netflix sometime later in 2025.
