TikTok Users Cannot Recognize Addison Rae in New Video

Addison Rae is making TikTok users do a double take as the star looked unrecognizable in her latest video. Since dropping her hit song “Diet Pepsi” earlier this year, the singer has continued to embrace her risqué style. Now, the 24-year-old is flaunting a new look in her latest TikTok video. Although the clip was quick to garner attention, it has left many on the internet confused.

Addison Rae’s latest TikTok video confuses users

In a new TikTok video, Addison Rae swapped her signature blonde hair for a black wig. The 10-second clip sees the singer flaunt the long stresses in a black tank top. Rae can also be seen holding a feather like a cigarette, which she then moves to her mouth and continues to make a smoking gesture.

Meanwhile, Rae adds a sound to the TikTok video of a woman saying, “You have no idea how lucky you are to look the way you look now and to be the way you are, and you are perfect.” The singer lip-syncs the last part and mouths, “Just the way you are.”

After Rae posted the new TikTok, several users rushed to the comments section to share their reaction to the singer’s new look. One wrote, “Addison [you] are so pretty but idk (I don’t know) about this wig.” Another commented, “I DID NOT RECOGNIZE HER.” However, some others thought the look suited her as a fan suggested Rae should “get the bangs.” Nonetheless, the singer continues to get mixed reactions for her new look. Rae’s new TikTok has currently racked up over 500K views on the platform.

Besides making fans swoon with her chic looks, Addison Rae recently featured on Charli XCX’s new remix version of “Von Dutch.” The track comes as a part of Charli’s remix album, “Brat and It’s Completely Different but Also Still Brat.”
