In an interview posted earlier this month, Miranda Kerr spoke publicly about her divorce from Orlando Bloom that occurred in 2013 after three years of marriage on the “We Need to Talk” podcast. During the sit-down, the founder of KORA Organics admitted that the couple broke up mainly because they were “not bringing out the best in each other.” The divorce could have destroyed their relationship, but they instead made “peace” with one another for the sake of their son.
“When you have a child with someone else, they’re always going to be that person’s parent for the rest of their life,” said Kerr, “and there are going to be situations when you’re going to need to talk if you like it or not.”
