Jennifer Aniston’s Secret To ‘Aging Gracefully’ Is All About Self-Love

Jennifer Aniston has been in the entertainment industry for decades. She is said to be one of the stars who has been aging gracefully. In a recent interview, the 56-year-old revealed the secret behind her gorgeous looks. She claimed that it has more to do with her “mindset” and “perspective” rather than simply skincare and makeup.

Jennifer Aniston claims to ‘have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity’

Jennifer Aniston recently said some encouraging and enlightening words about maintaining one’s beauty as the years go by. In an interview with Glamour, she was touched when she was told that Marion Cotillard referred to her as an empowering woman. The French actress praised artists like Aniston, who have “evolved and aged gracefully.”

After acknowledging the appreciation, the “Friends” alum let out the secret of “aging gracefully.” She said, “I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want.” The Golden Globe winner stated that everything depends on self-love. According to her, people can achieve gracefulness over the period of time if they “love their bodies.”

While keeping it real, Aniston mentioned, “I’m not going to say I don’t get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff.” She said that she has “maintained” her appearance well enough, as she would not easily let her hair turn gray. “So its perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body. It’s a mindset,” the Hollywood bombshell added. She also thanked and praised Cotillard at the end for the compliment.

Both actresses appeared for the interview with their “The Morning Show” co-stars, Reese Witherspoon, Karen Pittman, and Nicole Beharie. They promoted Season 4 of the Emmy-winning TV show and posed for the September cover.

Aside from talking about aging like a fine wine, Aniston also revealed why she didn’t attend the Met Gala. Reportedly, the entire dress-up process “overwhelms” her. “I’m a ‘jeans and flip-flops and tank top’ kind of girl,” she stated.
