The French actress praised artists like Aniston, who have “evolved and aged gracefully.”
After acknowledging the appreciation, the “Friends” alum let out the secret of “aging gracefully.” She said, “I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want.” The Golden Globe winner stated that everything depends on self-love. According to her, people can achieve gracefulness over the period of time if they “love their bodies.”
While keeping it real, Aniston mentioned, “I’m not going to say I don’t get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff.” She said that she has “maintained” her appearance well enough, as she would not easily let her hair turn gray. “So its perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body.
