The couple were spotted enjoying the day with their friend, Adam Sandler. According to Daily Mail, Oscar-nominated “Barbie” director Greta Gerwig and her husband, director Noah Baumbach, were also present at the outing. Italian-German actress Alba Rohrwacher, Oscar-winning actors Jim Broadbent and Laura Dern, actors Billy Crudup, Patrick Wilson, and Grace Edwards were also part of the troop.
The group was spotted while departing the actor and the human rights lawyer’s Villa Oleandra for a cozy lunch at the exclusive Villa d’Este. The outlet also reported that the gang was supposed to head to the Venice Film Festival after their brief stay.
The Clooneys were spotted together just a few days after their marriage crisis rumors drew everyone’s attention. It was RadarOnline.com which recently stated that the issues started due to George’s Broadway play, “Good Night, and Good Luck.” Due to his play, the 64-year-old “has been acting incredibly grumpy lately.” As a result, “Amal is feeling the strain.”
