After Prince Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” came out, it caused immense tension within the royal family. So, to salvage the whole situation, insiders told #ShuterScoop that a former staff of the King of the United Kingdom is teaming up to disprove Harry’s claims against the royalties.
The monarch’s former butler, Grant Harrold, has written a memoir, “The Royal Butler: My Remarkable Life of Royal Service,” where he described how happy the young Prince William and Prince Harry were at their father’s second marriage. As per Vanity Fair, he wrote that “William and Harry had decorated their car with ‘Just Married.'” Moreover, when the newlywed couple “drove off,” the little “boys raced after the car.”
The narration contrasts what the Duke of Sussex mentioned in his memoir about their father marrying “the other woman.” Talking about the marriage, Harry wrote that he said to his father, “We support you, we said. We endorse Camilla, we said. Just please don’t marry her. Just be together, Pa.”
Harry added that despite the “published reports that Willy and I snuck out of the church and hung JUST MARRIED signs on their car,” that was not the case. “I might’ve hung a sign: BE HAPPY. If I’d thought of it at the time,” he wrote.
Looking at the timing of the new memoir, the palace insider told #ShuterScoop, “This is Charles hitting back.” The source further added that “Harrold’s book is a direct counterattack on Harry. It’s basically saying: don’t believe him, believe me.”
And it seems like Harrold is not alone in defending the royal family. His partner, a former senior gardener at Highgrove, Jack Stooks, has also joined in. “They’re a united front,” another insider revealed. The duo “are shaping a narrative where Charles is dignified, Camilla adored, and Harry the unreliable son rewriting history for profit.”
The united stand of the ex-staff members has made Harry believe that “it’s a takedown.” Even his friend claimed that King Charles is “using loyal old staff to trash” Harry’s story. He is doing this to make his younger son “look bitter and dishonest,” as per the pal.
