Britney Spears recently provided fans with rare details about her personal life in a new Instagram post. The photo showed her bare back as she also let her blonde hair loose in the picture, keeping her arm up as she faced away from the camera.
In the caption, the singer candidly expressed her sentiments, declaring in the opening sentence: “We’re just people so fragile and human.” She added, “The hardest years of my life were my two sons gone for those 3 years,” and revealed being “cut off from calling or texting [them].”
“I remember in shock my secret to survival was denial and a lot of tears,” the singer reminisced. “Its weird me and Sam [Asghari] were married but it almost felt like a fake distraction to help me deal with it.” Spears further wrote that she knows about her “healing” because she is “hungry again like a child or baby.” The artist vulnerably stated, “im so hungry it hurts and when I eat its like its my first time ever eating in my life.”
After that, Spears opened up about the “trauma” and “abuse” she had to go through in life. The singer wrote, “I believe although I loved my home there is waaay too much abuse and trauma in there.” However, she feels grateful to “jesus for food” for it makes her “feel like telling others NO.” The mother of two then stated, “Owning my body… and letting them REALLY know where im from.”
Towards the end of the caption, Spears disclosed, “My soul has never experienced food like this a day in my life… so silly and embarrassing im going to eat cookies and cream ice cream now…” She concluded the caption with “god bless u all.”
