It seems like the upcoming Christmas festivity special will have a direct clash with Kate Middleton’s annual concert at Westminster Abbey, “Together At Christmas.” The Duchess of Sussex has reportedly been dubbed “vicious” for trying to compete with the Princess of Wales.
Meghan Markle trying to cap Kate Middleton’s Christmas plans, says expert
Meghan Markle’s upcoming Holiday special as part of her new Netflix deal may allegedly clash with Kate Middleton’s “Together At Christmas” concert at Westminster Abbey. As reported by RadarOnline, a “source” told them that “This is just the type of vicious, nasty move.”
In the meantime, per The Sun, Hugo Vickers, a royal expert, indicated to them that Meghan Markle’s upcoming Christmas special is her attempt to overshadow Kate Middleton’s annual holiday special event, which highlights charity work.
The expert said, “It’s always said that whenever Catherine the Princess of Wales starts something that Meghan Markle does something else to cap it, or in some ways clash with it.” Vickers continued, “Maybe that is the case.” The expert then added, “Obviously, there are lots of Christmas shows around Christmas.”
After that, Hugo Vickers went on to talk about what Kate Middleton’s holiday event stands for. The royal expert explained, “The initiative of the Princess of Wales at Westminster Abbey is incredibly moving and incredibly special.” Vickers further said that it “is done for the benefit of the rest of the world.” The royal expert added, “For all the people who’ve been suffering, all the people who’ve helped with charities.” The expert continued, “all that sort of thing, so it’s all for the public good.”
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle recently also revealed the release date of the second season of her reality show, “With Love, Meghan.” It is all set to be released on August 26th on Netflix.
