Blake Shelton’s marriage to Gwen Stefani is reportedly showing cracks. According to RadarOnline’s exclusive report, a source revealed that Shelton has reached out to Keith Urban for some marriage advice, given the latter’s 19-year marriage to Nicole Kidman.
The insider, however, clarified that Shelton might have hit a “rough patch” with Stefani, but irrespective of their issues, he is clear that “divorce is not an option.” The source continued, “He’ll do anything it takes to make sure they go the distance, and he can see Keith feels the same way.” The country star reportedly values Urban’s marriage and commitment to Kidman.
Shelton‘s requests for tips on making his marriage work reportedly haven’t fallen on deaf ears. The source claimed that Urban has been “an incredible sounding board” for his friend. The insider further noted that the “Long Hot Summer” singer advised Shelton on “what it takes to weather storms and keep a marriage going strong when things are challenging.”
The source also shared that although Urban and Kidman went through a rocky patch years ago, they made it work by prioritizing each other and maintaining good communication.
Contrary to rumors of challenging times in their marriage, Shelton and Stefani find ways to showcase their love for each other. Last month, the latter took to Instagram to share a video tribute for their fourth anniversary. The clip featured loving photos and videos of the time the pair spent together and featured Shelton’s “I love you!!!!” in the comments section.
