Meanwhile, a fan page of Sweeney further fueled the rumors with an X post. It claimed, “CONFIRMED: Sydney Sweeney joins the cast of ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2.'”
Furthermore, a Facebook page also shared photos of Sweeney wearing a tan leather jacket. The caption said, “Sydney Sweeney is photographed on the set of The Devil Wears Prada 2 in New York City.”
However, all these posts lack verified sources, and the circulated images are from 2024. Thus, they are unrelated to the shoot of The Devil Wears Prada sequel. Additionally, neither Sydney Sweeney nor her team has responded to any claims of her casting news for the highly anticipated sequel.
