However, that did not stop fans from wishing to see the singer at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards, at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, on May 8. It led to the term “Taylor Swift ACM Awards” trending on social media.
Back on September 16, 2020, at the 55th Academy of Country Music Awards, Swifties saw Taylor Swift making her last appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. The global icon opted for a dazzling sequinned top in a tone of dark maroon. The top featured a turtle neckline and long sleeves.
The artist paired the top with a pair of trousers in a shade of light brown. As for makeup, the artist chose a fresh no-makeup base and a red lip. She kept her blonde hair in a chic updo and also sported her feathery bangs. Swift also gave an exhilarating performance at the award show that year.
Although Taylor Swift was a no-show at the 2025 ACM Awards, several other notable celebrities attended the musical night. The list included Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Chase Stokes, Kelsea Ballerini, LeAnn Rimes, Shaboozey, Gabby Barrett, Zack Top, Amelia Taylor, Ella Langley and Lainey Wilson, among others.
